Please use this form if you would like Wildlife Center staff to bring one of our community programs to your workplace, event, homeowners association meeting, community gathering, or other location; programs are typically conducted Mondays through Saturdays between 10am and 3pm. Your request will be e-mailed to the Wildlife Center’s outreach department, and one of the Center’s outreach staff will contact you to complete the reservation. Your reservation is not complete until you have been sent a confirmation letter via e-mail.
Please make your request at least two weeks in advance, but no more than three months in advance, of your desired program date. We typically avoid booking programs further than three months in advance to reduce the likelihood of scheduling conflicts arising.

Please allow up to seven business days for an outreach staff member to respond to your request once the booking period opens.
