On January 9, Beverly Nettleton, a volunteer with the Center for Conservation Biology at the College of William and Mary, sighted Bald Eagle “KS” at the Honey Bee Golf Course in Virginia Beach. KS is also known to the Wildlife Center of Virginia as patient #11-1234. KS was one of the young eagles that was rehabilitated at the Wildlife Center in the summer of 2011, and was released with infamous Bald Eagle “NX” on August 30, 2011.
