Presentation Submission

This year, we’re looking for content for the conference's online portion, which will be on Friday, November 15, and Sunday, November 17. Content includes pre-recorded lectures, live presentations, and live panel discussions.

  • Pre-recorded lectures: Speakers record their lectures (typically utilizing Zoom or Microsoft PowerPoint) and submit them by October 31. On conference weekend, speakers may watch/follow along and answer questions following their recorded class via a Live Zoom webinar or by typing out answers in the Whova platform.
  • Live presentations: Speakers will receive a Zoom link and will teach and answer questions in real time on Friday or Sunday of the conference. We encourage live presenters to build interactive discussions/engagement into their presentations.
  • Live Panel Discussions: for two or more presenters who are heavily focused on interactive discussions and questions with participants on a specific topic.

Once submissions have been selected, we’ll provide more guidance to speakers, but tell us about your preferred format and vision for your online class!
